A3 (4 + 1) is located on the first floor (eastern part of the house, above A2). The apartment has a separate entrance, terrace 16m² (half covered) with a beautiful sea view, 2 bedrooms (in one double bed and in the other 2 single beds), bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher) separated from the living room where there is a sofa bed (140 × 190) and SAT-TV. Everything is air conditioned, WiFi internet, hair dryer, bed linen, towels (2 / person), toilet paper, cleaning products… barbecue and parking in front of the house.
